1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at legendfreightsystems.com and its subdomains, including the shipment tracking pages and any portals we make available (together, the "Site"), operated by Legend Freight Systems Inc. ("Legend Freight Systems," "LFS," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. Transportation, brokerage, warehousing and related services are governed by the rate confirmations, carrier agreements, bills of lading, tariffs and other written agreements that apply to each shipment. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control for the services they describe.

2. Who May Use the Site

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking or using freight and logistics services, and for carriers working with us. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Quotes and Requests

Quote requests, contact forms, credit applications and chat messages submitted through the Site are requests for information. A quote we provide in response is an estimate based on the details you gave us and is not a binding offer or a commitment of capacity, rate or transit time until it is confirmed in writing by Legend Freight Systems and accepted by you. Rates and availability can change with market conditions, equipment, accessorials and the accuracy of the shipment details provided.

Response-time indications shown on the Site are goals, not guarantees.

4. Shipment Tracking

Tracking pages and tracking links are provided as a convenience to the shipper, consignee or other party that Legend Freight Systems has shared them with.

Tracking IDs are confidential. Anyone with a tracking ID or link can view the shipment's location. You are responsible for keeping them within your organization and for the actions of anyone you share them with.
Location data is approximate. Positions come from the driver's device and third-party tracking services and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Estimated times and routes are informational only and are not a promise of pickup or delivery times.
Links expire. Tracking links are active for a limited period, currently 30 days from issue, after which they stop working.
You may not use tracking data for any purpose other than monitoring the shipment it was shared for, and you may not scrape, harvest or systematically collect tracking data.

5. Portals and Accounts

Some parts of the Site, including the carrier portal and the agent portal, require a passcode or account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under them. Tell us right away at TMS@LegendFreightSystems.com if you believe your access has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the Site, our customers or our carriers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms
Access or attempt to access any portal, tracking page, account or data that was not shared with you
Interfere with the Site's operation, security or availability, or probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities
Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site or collect data from it, except for search and AI assistant crawlers that comply with our robots.txt
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form, chat or application
Impersonate any person or company, or misrepresent your relationship with Legend Freight Systems
Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site except as these Terms allow

7. Live Chat and Communications

Messages you send through the Site's live chat, forms and email are received by our team and may be stored so we can respond and keep a record. Chats close automatically after a period of inactivity. Do not send sensitive personal information, payment card numbers or account passwords through the chat. By providing a phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, the Legend Freight Systems lion mark, page designs, software and the arrangement of the Site, are owned by Legend Freight Systems Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Legend Freight Systems," "LFS," "LFS Pay," "LFS TMS" and the lion mark are trademarks of Legend Freight Systems Inc. Nothing on the Site grants you any license to use them without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks that appear on the Site belong to their owners.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own business use in connection with our services. Any other use requires our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, including shipment tracking providers, map data, form processing, analytics and the carrier portal. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link from the Site does not mean we endorse the linked site.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legend Freight Systems disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site, tracking data, quotes or other information will be accurate, complete, timely, secure or uninterrupted. Nothing in this section limits the warranties or obligations in a separate written services agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legend Freight Systems and its officers, employees, agents and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability for transportation and related services is governed by the applicable services agreement, bill of lading and law, not by this section.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Legend Freight Systems and its officers, employees, agents and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about transportation services are governed by the applicable services agreement and law.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written services agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Legend Freight Systems regarding the Site.
